To add an any field to your form, click the Field in the Form Builder Tools and drag it over to your form.

Email Field lets you collect only Email address. - Number
Number Field lets you collect only numeric data. - Password
Password Field lets you collect encrypted data like passwords or otp or secret codes. - Telephone
Telephone Field lets you collect mobile or phone numbers. - Date
Date Field lets you collect data related to date. - Month
